Base cushion formula: ((Length + Length Allowance) ÷ 36) × Grade Fabric Rate × Yards Multiplier. These two settings affect every base cushion price, so change them carefully.
Repeat multipliers (exact pattern match)
Controls the extra charge for an average 4"- 6" pattern repeat. Enter as a decimal: 0.30 = 30%, 0.38 = 38%. The charge is that percentage of the cushion base price.
Labor constants
Most fields here are direct dollar add-ons. Tie / Button / Dart Unit Price is shared by additional ties, floating ties, Velcro ties, buttons/snaps, and darts. The two foam factors below work together to calculate foam and Dacron/wrap cost.

Foam choices
Value Key is the internal ID and should remain unique. Display Label is what users see. Effective Thickness is the thickness used by the Dacron/wrap calculation—it is not a dollar amount.
Foam pricing: Foam area charge + Dacron/wrap charge. Foam Area Multiplier and Area Foam Cost Factor determine the area portion; Effective Thickness and Dacron Board-Foot Rate determine the wrap portion.
